Linda Fredeking, a founding partner of The Fredeking Team with Monument Sotheby’s International Realty in Baltimore, MD, has built a reputation of excellence over her four-decade career in real estate. Before establishing The Fredeking Team, Linda served as Regional Vice President of Relocation for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she led a national award-winning relocation division for 15 years. She later went on to create a relocation division for Yerman Witman and Gaines Realty, which eventually merged with Prudential Homesale to form Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty. Throughout her career, Linda has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the top agents and relocation professionals in the area.
